What an incredibly powerful podcast! Lisa is a gifted host, one who's not afraid to share her experiences, some so deeply personal and painful, all in an effort to help others. Several of these episodes brought up things for me I thought I'd moved past, but now realize I need to face and work through.
I look forward to hearing more episodes and other topics she will be covering. Although some of the topics are heavy, Lisa has a way of sharing and moving through uncomfortable conversations with grace and empathy.

HELPING TO HEAL THROUGH UNDERSTANDING
This podcast is truly a gem. Lisa has clearly been through it and isn't afraid to share, which is wonderful because so often many of us feel so alone in our trauma without a voice, afraid to speak up. I've been a listener from the very beginning, and I appreciate that she's not afraid to touch on any topic, and while some of the shows might be a little on the heavy side, she finds a way to somehow make them feel a bit lighter, while still driving home a serious message - no easy feat.
